Villa with tourist licence in front line of the sea in the exclusive area of Manresa, only ten metres walking distance to the beach and five minutes by car to Alcudia, one of the oldest towns in Mallorca. The property offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains and the Bay of Pollensa.

The villa, which maintains the traditional Mallorcan style, is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room with direct access to a spacious terrace with dining area, hammocks and a sitting area from where you can admire the fantastic views of the bay of Pollensa. On the same floor there are three double bedrooms (two of them with sea views), an independent fully fitted and equipped kitchen and two complete bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub).
The first floor has a double bedroom with two single beds.

Outside the villa there is a small porch, several terrace areas, barbecue area and a swimming pool.

The property has air conditioning with heat pump installed. It has a holiday licence for eight persons.

Location and surroundings:

The marvellous town on the north of the island is a true jewel thanks to its historical values, innumerable worth taking photos streets, cosiest spots to drop into when sightseeing and the beautiful church of Sant Jaume the bell ringing of which make you feel something special every time you are nearby. This region of Mallorca plays a significant role in the history of the island.

You will be lucky to go to check the ancient remains of Roman city of Pollentia that was the first town founded by Romans in Mallorca, now it's the most unique archaeological place here. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday, you can come across local products, souvenirs, accessories, fresh and delicious seasonal fruits and vegetables. Don't forget to stroll around the main square with plenty of restaurants in case you are curious to try mallorcan cuisine and take pleasure in saturated Spanish wine. Also do not forget about visiting the thrilling beauty of nearby natural spots such as Bonaire, La Victoria and Alcanada.
